Now, Rusty is joining the gang at North Village Food Park by opening his own food trailer: Rusty’s Jambalaya.. 

With a presence in the Ruston area spanning over forty years, Rusty and his family have developed a deep-seated enthusiasm for LA Tech. Rusty has always loved tailgating for Louisiana tech and has consistently provided culinary satisfaction to the local community through numerous events, earning acclaim for his signature jambalaya, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction.
